What You'll Do
Support transaction leadership by managing commercial real estate processes from initiation to completion. Analyze leasing data to inform strategic recommendations and independently manage straightforward transactions while assisting with more complex ones. Coordinate domestic and international activities such as lease renewals, relocations, acquisitions, and property dispositions.
Review lease agreements and permitting documents, assist in negotiations, and contribute to financial assessments including cash flow, net present value, and profit and loss modeling. Maintain accurate records of lease milestones and system alerts to mitigate risk. Develop tracking tools and collaborate with account teams to ensure timely project launch.
Prepare recurring analytical reports—weekly, monthly, and quarterly—and contribute to city-level strategy summaries. Gather and assess real estate market intelligence across regions, conduct benchmarking using portfolio data, and evaluate client holdings to identify potential cost efficiencies. Participate in stakeholder calls with client teams, brokers, and internal partners, and follow up on action items from meetings.
Translate business documents between English and Chinese to support cross-border communication, and complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
