What You'll Do
In this role, you will oversee customer accounts from start to finish, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on schedule. You'll serve as a key contact for clients, tracking order progress and proactively communicating any supply chain developments.
You’ll resolve customer concerns with professionalism, maintain detailed records using internal systems, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery. Your input will help strengthen responsiveness and customer satisfaction across operations.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the textile sector
- Fluency in both Turkish and English, with strong communication skills in writing and speech
- High accuracy in data entry and a well-organized approach to managing tasks
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and adapt to changing demands
