Rula is hiring a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager, Provider to lead critical efforts to grow our network of mental health providers in high-priority states. In this strategic and execution-oriented role, you will own our provider positioning, build and scale full-funnel campaigns, and continuously optimize performance to improve conversion and ROI.
What You'll Do
- Own Rula’s provider positioning strategy to differentiate our brand and establish thought leadership.
- Build and scale full-funnel campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Test and expand into new marketing channels such as paid social, influencer, direct mail, referral, and community marketing.
- Cost-effectively reach and activate mental health providers.
- Tailor strategies to state-specific market dynamics.
- Continuously optimize performance across the funnel to improve conversion and ROI.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, and Sales to ensure alignment from messaging through onboarding.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with a focus on B2B2C or multi-sided marketplaces.
- Proven track record of launching multi-channel acquisition campaigns (SEM, paid social, email, etc.) with measurable ROI and CAC improvement.
- Proven track record of full-funnel conversion optimization, including lead nurturing and retargeting strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation (A/B testing), performance reporting, and marketing attribution.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams to drive coordinated go-to-market execution.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities and limited structure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for campaign strategy, cross-functional alignment, and executive updates.
Nice to Have
- Experience with state-level/localized marketing strategies or geo-targeted campaigns.
- Prior ownership of provider- or clinician-facing acquisition initiatives in healthcare or health tech.
- Familiarity with marketplace dynamics where supply and demand must grow in tandem.
- Strong understanding of behavioral segmentation and persona development.
- Comfort with low-fidelity testing and agile experimentation cycles.
