Role OverviewThe Sr MarTech Administrator plays a central role in shaping and managing marketing technology across the organization. This individual ensures that digital tools and platforms are strategically aligned with business objectives, delivering scalable solutions that improve marketing performance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing technologies, including integration, governance, optimization, and retirement planning
- Act as the primary technical authority for designated systems, ensuring compliance, stakeholder alignment, and uninterrupted operations
- Translate marketing goals into actionable technical designs, workflows, and implementation plans in collaboration with IT
- Manage cross-functional and vendor-driven projects across Agile and traditional development environments, maintaining alignment with strategic priorities and risk protocols
- Oversee solution architecture, software evaluations, system upgrades, and content delivery enhancements
- Develop and enforce standards for prioritization, documentation, backlog management, and platform usage to support consistent, scalable operations
- Ensure quality and business relevance through leadership of user acceptance testing, standards enforcement, and operational validation
- Guide vendor relationships, contract oversight, issue resolution, and new supplier assessments to ensure service reliability and value delivery
- Drive platform adoption and ongoing improvement by promoting best practices, training initiatives, and strategic recommendations based on evolving MarTech trends
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information systems, computer science, or a related field
- Proven experience developing technical roadmaps, product strategies, cost and timeline estimates, and full-cycle implementation plans with internal teams and external partners
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at leadership levels
- Extensive background using marketing technology to advance branding, digital campaigns, analytics, and customer experience initiatives
- Track record managing enterprise marketing software deployments and enhancements in Agile, Lean, and Waterfall environments
- Deep familiarity with CMS, DAM, relational databases, analytics platforms (including Google Analytics), and integrated marketing technology ecosystems
- Technical proficiency in web and mobile development standards, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UX/UI design, tracking frameworks, A/B testing, and performance measurement
- Experience identifying, addressing, and maintaining digital accessibility compliance according to WCAG guidelines
- Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and automated PDF generation, including production of complex, data-driven documents and presentations
- Experience mentoring cross-functional teams and communicating technical requirements clearly in fast-moving, high-pressure environments

Systems and tools include content management platforms, digital asset management, relational databases, Google Analytics, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, user experience frameworks, tracking technologies, A/B testing tools, performance analytics, Adobe InDesign, and PDF automation solutions.
Work Environment
