Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain data pipelines that feed into Snowflake, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account (MCA), and CRM platforms
- Collaborate with Data Engineering on integrating data from vendor behavior, customer insights, vendor programs, UTM tracking, and prospect scoring systems
- Implement data transformations for ingestion into Data Cloud, including DMO/DLO mappings, identity resolution, and behavioral data modeling
- Support activation of data in Marketing Cloud Account through Data Cloud, including defining entry criteria, segmentation logic, and schema alignment
- Work with external partners and internal stakeholders to configure MCA objects, fields, data mappings, and activation workflows
- Troubleshoot issues related to MCA to CRM synchronization, consent management, reporting inconsistencies, and data quality gaps
- Create and manage datasets, calculated attributes, data bundles, and ingestion rules within Data Cloud
- Monitor data usage trends and conduct ongoing analysis of consumption patterns
- Ensure high standards of data quality, completeness, and reliable refresh cycles for systems used by vendors
- Assist the Principal Architect in deploying new data sources and extending existing data schemas
- Develop and maintain vendor-specific data tables and logic used by Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing teams for insights
- Support ingestion of data from awards programs, website behavior tracking, vendor lifecycle events, and customer performance metrics
- Maintain data accuracy for systems that drive vendor communications and revenue-generating initiatives
- Oversee the enterprise marketing technology roadmap and manage the project backlog
- Collaborate with Martech Operations, Marketing, Sales, Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams on cross-functional initiatives
- Participate in technical discovery sessions, solution design, and requirements gathering for new projects
- Provide engineering support for Salesforce ecosystem integrations, including MCA, Pardot/MCAE, and CRM
- Diagnose and resolve data pipeline failures, ingestion errors, identity mismatches, and field mapping issues
- Document data flows, platform components, and operational procedures through SOPs and runbooks
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with SLAs for data refresh frequency and pipeline availability
- Support deployment processes from sandbox to production, including QA validation and release coordination
