Kraken is looking for a Sr. Manager, Treasury - Product to lead the strategic design, execution, and oversight of our treasury infrastructure. This role combines product leadership with deep treasury expertise to support liquidity management, seamless fiat and crypto settlement, and enhance global cash visibility for our mission-focused, crypto-native organization.
What You'll Do
- Drive the product roadmap for treasury tooling and platform features, such as funding rails and real-time cash visibility.
- Translate treasury needs into product specifications, partnering with engineering teams to build, test, and launch solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, product, operations, and business development to understand market requirements and pain points.
- Ensure treasury services are integrated into the broader product ecosystem and internal customer experience.
- Lead product initiatives to support regulated financial offerings.
- Represent the ‘voice of the customer’ (institutional and retail clients) when designing treasury services.
- Set priorities and manage a small team responsible for TMS implementation/maintenance (Kyriba), strategic growth projects, and operational automation/data pipelines.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- 10+ years of combined Treasury and Product experience, ideally within Treasury, FinTech, or Financial Operations.
- Knowledge of Treasury operations, including rebalancing, execution of high-value payments, and crypto/fiat transactions.
- Hands-on background in crypto liquidity, fiat funding flows, and stablecoins.
- Prior experience overseeing cash positioning and liquidity planning across bank accounts, legal entities, and wallets.
- Experience working within regulated financial platforms.
- Product mindset with ability to translate operational workflows into scalable systems.
- Experience with Kyriba, Fireblocks, Anchorage or similar platforms.
- Experience managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge and passion about bitcoin and cryptocurrency with a security-first mindset.
- Advanced knowledge of the Google suite of products, including Sheets.
