Required Qualifications PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification (with status: In Good Standing) is required, supported by either PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent alternatives. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Strategy, Economics, or related field. MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years of progressive program management experience, with at least 3 years in strategic planning or business development roles within professional services, real estate, or consulting environments. Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with senior executive involvement. Proven track record of developing and implementing business strategies that deliver measurable results and drive organizational growth. Exposure and some level of expertise in tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, other PM tools Essential Skills Project Management Expertise: Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Experience managing projects with timelines spanning 6-18 months. Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities with ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations. Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and business model development. Leadership & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives. Ability to influence without authority and build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of commercial real estate markets, property services, or related professional services industries.
