About the Role

This position leads the development and execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and long-term retention through data-informed strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs from strategy through execution
  • Design and implement retention-focused campaigns across multiple channels
  • Analyze customer behavior to identify key engagement and churn patterns
  • Collaborate with data analytics to measure program effectiveness
  • Develop segmentation models to personalize customer journeys
  • Optimize email, SMS, and push notification strategies
  • Partner with product teams to align on onboarding and re-engagement flows
  • Manage A/B testing frameworks to guide decision-making
  • Translate customer insights into actionable marketing plans
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer lifetime value metrics
  • Oversee calendar planning for lifecycle communications
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Work closely with customer service to identify retention risks
  • Monitor industry trends in retention marketing
  • Lead reporting for executive stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop team members
  • Coordinate with regional teams for localized campaigns
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Utilize CRM platforms to manage customer journeys
  • Evaluate third-party tools for potential integration
