Salesforce, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Integration Architect, Agentforce Supply Chain

About the Role

Salesforce is looking for a Sr. Integration Architect, Agentforce Supply Chain to be a hands-on domain expert, architecting the integration solutions that power major enterprise transformations. You'll focus on integrating Agentforce with core systems like ERP, PLM, and CRM to ensure seamless data flow and process orchestration for long-term customer success.

What You'll Do

  • Advise, design, and manage enterprise transformation projects, architecting integration solutions according to best practices.
  • Perform hands-on architecture work, translating customer requirements into technical specifications, integration patterns, and secure system designs.
  • Maintain proficiency in core Supply Chain and Manufacturing systems (ERP, PLM, custom systems, CRM), understanding their data models and integration capabilities.
  • Leverage Mulesoft to design and govern API-led connectivity strategies, ensuring reusable assets and a secure integration layer.
  • Lead key discussions around change programs, providing governance and ensuring adherence to application lifecycle management principles.
  • Design architectures that enable Agentic AI and Generative AI capabilities by ensuring secure, reliable data pipelines between Agentforce and core systems.
  • Utilize Salesforce Data360 for unifying, harmonizing, and activating customer data for use in AI applications.
  • Apply advanced proficiency in Agentforce and core systems for orchestrating complex business processes involving AI agents.
  • Determine which Salesforce and third-party technologies to leverage in customer-driven architectures.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to understand business & IT requirements, translate needs into compelling solutions, and present to executive, technical, and business audiences.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise software applications and their delivery.
  • Expertise in application lifecycle management, process orchestration, and enterprise integration principles and tools.
  • Strong grasp of network, application, and information security principles.
  • Some coding experience and a willingness to work with code (e.g., Apex, Node, Go, Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, Ruby).
  • Solid understanding of database and data management fundamentals, web/mobile application development, and system architecture.
  • Strategic problem solver, thought leadership, and comfort communicating with executive audiences.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication and relationship skills.
  • Lifelong learner, inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering, Data Science, other STEM degrees, or equivalent work experience.
  • Willing and able to travel domestically.
  • Direct experience with developing, deploying, and managing agentic AI frameworks, including proficiency with Agentforce.
  • Proven ability to design, refine, and optimize prompts to control the behavior of generative AI models.
  • Experience in architecting and integrating generative AI solutions into enterprise systems.

Nice to Have

  • 8-10 years in IT architecture or solution engineering, with 5+ years dedicated to integration architecture in a customer-facing or internal delivery role.
  • Mulesoft Certification (Integration Architecture Designer is a significant plus).
  • Experience hands-on building, implementing, or maintaining enterprise software in the Supply Chain or Manufacturing domain.
  • Understanding of risk mitigation, compliance, and security in the context of enterprise software.
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including relevant Salesforce Certifications and/or Trailhead Superbadges.

  • Compensation: For New York-based roles: $200,800 to $276,100. For Washington-based roles: $184,000 to $253,000. For California-based roles: $200,800 to $276,100. For Illinois-based roles: $167,300 to $253,000.
