Workday is hiring a Sr. Healthcare Technical Integration Consultant to act as the primary technical liaison for client implementations in the Financials domain. In this role, you will be the expert source for integration throughout the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales through post-sale, designing solutions to solve client challenges and presenting technology.
What You'll Do
- Act as the professional source for integration through the Project implementation including Pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients.
- Work with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements.
- Lead improvements and enable our sales and engineering process via tools, processes, and other initiatives.
- Create documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development.
- 4+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design.
- 4+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, Financials and Supply Chain domain experience.
- 4+ years of demonstrated integration or technical experience in Workday Financials or 8+ years in technical ERP domains like General Ledger (GL), Banking, Expenses, Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Contracts, Projects or Inventory.
- Experience working within or with customers in the Healthcare Caregiving industry.
- 4+ years demonstrated ability in all stages of the software implementation project lifecycle from requirements gathering, through integration design, development, integration testing, and move to production.
Nice to Have
- Acute/Non-Acute industry experience.
- A deep understanding of the full software implementation lifecycle.
- Participation in minimum of 3 full life-cycle software implementations.
- Experience taking a leadership role within a software, system, or application implementation.
- Experience with EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technology.
- Experience leading an Integration workstream on a software implementation.

- Compensation ranges: Primary Location: $122,800 USD - $184,200 USD; Additional US Locations: $111,000 USD - $197,300 USD; Colorado: $117,000 - $175,400 USD
