Lago is seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Reimbursement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will apply your expert-level knowledge to identify, validate, and file reimbursement cases for all FBA-related issues, ensuring accurate tracking and timely resolution to optimize our reimbursement processes.
What You'll Do
- Identify, validate, and submit reimbursement claims for FBA-related issues, including lost, damaged, or misclassified inventory and incorrect fees.
- Monitor and track reimbursement cases to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Analyze reimbursement trends to identify recurring issues and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile inventory discrepancies and billing errors.
- Build, maintain, or improve automated reimbursement tools and workflows.
- Generate reports and provide insights to optimize reimbursement processes.
- Maintain compliance with Amazon policies and procedures.
- Reconcile inbound FBA shipments and identify inbound lost discrepancies that qualify for reimbursement.
What We're Looking For
- Deep knowledge of Amazon FBA operations and fee structures.
- Expertise in reimbursement claim processes and case filing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and root causes.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Excellent written and spoken English for communication and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work independently.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central reporting tools and dashboards.
Nice to Have
- Experience with automated reimbursement software.
- Prior experience reconciling inbound discrepancies.
- Experience building or maintaining automated reimbursement software.
