Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for healthcare provider partners
- Serve as primary contact for partner communications and inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely implementation of services
- Track partnership performance using defined metrics and reporting tools
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of partner agreements and compliance documentation
- Support contract execution by preparing necessary materials and follow-ups
- Facilitate training sessions for new partners on platform usage
- Monitor partner satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary
- Contribute to the development of onboarding playbooks and SOPs
- Collaborate with clinical teams to align service delivery standards
- Ensure partners meet credentialing and regulatory requirements
- Assist in gathering partner feedback for product development teams
- Prepare regular status updates for leadership and stakeholders
- Support expansion into new geographic markets within South Florida
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve partner experience
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends
- Coordinate site visits and virtual check-ins with partner organizations
- Troubleshoot technical or logistical issues impacting partner operations
- Assist in the creation of partner-facing resources and training materials
