Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Sr. GTM Systems Engineer to design and implement technical solutions at the core of our go-to-market strategy. You’ll build scalable infrastructure across tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong, optimizing integrations and data flows to accelerate growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Design and build bespoke applications and integrations to streamline GTM operations.
- Maintain and optimize third-party tools, ensuring smooth data flows and automations.
- Translate evolving business needs into well-structured technical solutions.
- Monitor and ensure data integrity in Salesforce and connected platforms.
- Lead tool evaluation and make build-vs-buy recommendations.
- Support workflows and custom configurations in Salesforce, including Apex and Visualforce.
- Partner with internal teams to provide feedback on proprietary tools and identify improvements.
- Troubleshoot system issues quickly and drive continuous enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience architecting GTM systems with deep Salesforce knowledge.
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as Outreach, LeanData, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
- Strong background in data engineering: Python, SQL, data storage systems, and modern data architecture.
- Experience with middleware platforms and rETL tools like Polytomic, Hightouch, or RudderStack.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, DataBricks, and other data warehouse platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and communicate technical ideas clearly.
- Must have experience working with v0 and the associated AI platform.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of additional data storage systems like Redis or S3.
- Experience with user identity reconciliation across systems.

- Competitive base salary: $185,000 – $204,000 (adjusted for location), plus equity compensation.
