Cape Environmental Management Inc (CAPE) is seeking a Sr. Environmental Engineer, Scientist, or Geologist to lead the technical side of complex environmental remediation projects from planning through delivery. This senior-level role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a collaborative, 'We, Not Me' environment and brings field-informed insight to project execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the technical aspects of environmental remediation projects, with an emphasis on implementation.
- Provide oversight on field activities, subcontractor coordination, and technical deliverables.
- Contribute to proposal development, including technical writing, work plan strategy, and cost estimating.
- Mentor junior staff and support team development across disciplines.
- Embrace and implement technology solutions for project management, data tracking, and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- B.S. in a related field such as engineering, environmental science, or geology.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in environmental remediation, including both office and field experience.
- Professional registration (PE, PG, or similar).
- Management or supervisory experience leading teams or overseeing field operations.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with federal clients (e.g., DoD, EPA, USACE).
