About the Role

ScaleStation is hiring a HubSpot Specialist responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the HubSpot platform across Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Operations Hubs. You’ll ensure clients fully leverage HubSpot’s capabilities to achieve their goals while training and supporting them for maximum impact.

What You'll Do

  • Implement and configure HubSpot for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Optimize HubSpot usage across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Conduct online training sessions to educate clients on HubSpot features and best practices.
  • Build and optimize marketing workflows, lead scoring, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Configure sales pipelines, deal stages, automation, and playbooks to boost sales efficiency.
  • Implement ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and customer service automation.
  • Manage HubSpot integrations with third-party tools such as Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Analyze client data and create dashboards to deliver insights and performance improvements.
  • Provide ongoing support, documentation, and HubSpot best practice guidance to clients and internal teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience implementing, maintaining, and optimizing HubSpot across multiple hubs.
  • Proven HubSpot implementation experience in an agency or consultancy environment.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot’s features, including automation, reporting, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in delivering client training.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
  • Experience with online training tools such as Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects while delivering exceptional results.
