Payrails GmbH is looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new revenue generation by engaging with Enterprise merchant prospects. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, leveraging industry contacts to generate leads and build relationships with C-level executives.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a focus on getting results.
- Leverage existing industry contacts and networks to generate leads and facilitate introductions with potential clients.
- Build relationships with prospects to identify their problems and bring solutions.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts and key decision-makers, with a focus on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives.
- Work closely with the founding team and support iterating sales processes to accelerate growth further.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
- Identify effective methods to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and systematically bring detailed feedback to the product teams to help inform the roadmap and priorities.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience selling high ACV software products to enterprise customers.
- Proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to C-level executives, particularly CFOs.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Willing to travel to support our clients and build new partnerships.
