Quarks is hiring a Creative Marketing Manager to be a key member of our Wellness product R&D team. This role is strategically important for the successful launch of new niches and rapid hypothesis validation.

What You'll Do

Manage the creative process: coordinate designers' work, set technical specifications, control deadlines and quality.
Deeply study the target audience: analyze user needs and pain points, collaborate closely with UX Researcher and analysts.
Research the competitive field: analyze creatives in adjacent niches, identify trends, and generate new ideas.
Work with analytics: evaluate creative effectiveness, adjust approaches based on metrics, formulate frameworks for the most successful solutions.
Initiate and improve processes: search for new formats and concepts, build a creative team from scratch.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Experience working in performance marketing.
Experience working with English-speaking Tier 1 markets.
Confident use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Veed, etc.).
Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw conclusions.
Structured approach and ability to build processes.
Creativity and ability to generate new ideas and hypotheses.
Fluent English.
