Quarks is hiring a Creative Marketing Manager to be a key member of our Wellness product R&D team. This role is strategically important for the successful launch of new niches and rapid hypothesis validation.
What You'll Do
- Manage the creative process: coordinate designers' work, set technical specifications, control deadlines and quality.
- Deeply study the target audience: analyze user needs and pain points, collaborate closely with UX Researcher and analysts.
- Research the competitive field: analyze creatives in adjacent niches, identify trends, and generate new ideas.
- Work with analytics: evaluate creative effectiveness, adjust approaches based on metrics, formulate frameworks for the most successful solutions.
- Initiate and improve processes: search for new formats and concepts, build a creative team from scratch.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in performance marketing.
- Experience working with English-speaking Tier 1 markets.
- Confident use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Veed, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw conclusions.
- Structured approach and ability to build processes.
- Creativity and ability to generate new ideas and hypotheses.
- Fluent English.
