About the Role

ServiceNow is hiring a Sr Enterprise Account Executive - State & Local Government to produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. You will focus on account and territory planning within a defined set of prospects, specifically targeting State & Local Government accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across all product sales.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can help their IT roadmap.
  • Identify the right specialist and support resources to bring into a deal at the right time.
  • Produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Promote a customer success focus in a win as a team environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Candidate must reside in South Florida.
  • Experience selling into State & Local Government accounts required.
  • 10+ years of sales experience within a software or solutions sales organization.
  • Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams.
  • Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships.
  • Experience achieving sales targets.
  • The ability to understand the bigger picture and our plans around IT.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Team & Environment

You will lead across a broad virtual team including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners and Marketing.

Work Mode

This is a remote position for candidates located within the AMS - North America and Canada region.
