ServiceNow is hiring a Sr Enterprise Account Exec - Starbucks

About the Role

ServiceNow is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to generate new business sales revenue for the Starbucks account through a SaaS license model. This role joins an existing team as the second Sr. AE in a 2:1 rep:account model, responsible for selling the full ServiceNow portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Develop trusted relationships with multiple C-suite personas across all product sales.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy, leading a broad virtual team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business needs and advising on how ServiceNow supports their IT roadmap.
  • Identify and bring in the right specialist and support resources at the optimal time for deal progression.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of sales experience within a software or solutions sales organization.
  • Proven experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and internal teams.
  • A track record of producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • The ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and strategic IT plans.
  • Experience promoting a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Nice to Have

  • Current location in the Seattle area is preferred (also open to candidates in WA or OR).

Team & Environment

This role operates on a 2:1 rep:account model, joining the Starbucks account team as the second Sr. AE alongside an existing Sr. AE.

  • Base pay range of $142,650 - $212,200 for Seattle positions, plus equity where applicable.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position. The preferred location is the Seattle area, but candidates in Washington or Oregon will also be considered.
