DaVita is hiring a Sr Division Finance Analyst (Sr DFA) to serve as the primary finance leader and strategic partner for the Chicago-based SNF Dialysis operating group. This role functions as the division’s CFO, partnering directly with Divisional Vice Presidents to support a new and growing business with over $15M in revenue and approximately 400 teammates.
What You'll Do
- Explain key financial performance drivers and present analysis and action plans during monthly leadership reviews.
- Lead the annual bottoms-up budgeting process for labor and controllable costs.
- Conduct formal quarterly reviews with physician partners on joint venture facility performance.
- Identify and lead operational improvement projects with the Group Finance Director and Division Vice Presidents.
- Build models, assess projects, and pitch all potential new and acquired clinics.
- Partner with Division Vice Presidents to analyze and recommend the overall divisional growth strategy.
- Lead the bottoms-up build of the 3-year operating plan (forecasting).
- Interpret data, develop solutions, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive accountability for action plans committed by Divisional Vice Presidents.
- Coach non-finance teammates on using Excel tools and managing a P&L.

- Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.

You will join a team of field finance leaders supporting a division of approximately 20-30 locations and $20M-$30M in revenue. You will partner with and support Divisional Vice Presidents (DVPs) and the Group’s finance team, reporting to the Group Finance Director (GFD) and Divisional Vice Presidents (DVPs).
