Join ASTARA MOBILITY, S.A. as a Treasury Analyst, reporting to the Corporate Treasury Director. In this role, you will focus on broad treasury operations including FX, TMS implementation, and project work. You will be responsible for monthly treasury activities, reporting to shareholders and banks, assisting with group projects, and ensuring the smooth running of daily tasks and month-end processes.
What You'll Do
- Report the Group’s liquidity position.
- Support overall cash and banking activities of the group.
- Assist with the funding requirements for the Group.
- Assist the management of treasury systems, including the company TMS system, covering the implementation of new modules and integrating new features with SAP and other group platforms.
- Manage, create, and update month-end treasury reports across the Group.
- Support the Treasury Director in evaluating current processes and procedures, designing and implementing new methodology and improvements as required.
- Participate in planned and ad hoc projects as treasury continues to improve and re-engineer existing processes and controls.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience working in fast-paced, growing, or global organisations supporting cash, payments, and cash forecasting across multiple countries and banks.
- Strong IT and systems skills, including TMS (SAGE-XRT, Kyriba, others) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical, organised, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Personable, approachable, and able to build strong relationships within the Treasury team and Group Finance, as well as around the Group and with external counterparts.
- High responsibility for work and professional ethics, with a strong sense of confidentiality awareness, and good at handling procedural matters.
- Has good communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
- A working knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but not essential.
