The University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture is hiring an Access Coordinator III-JEI Front Desk. This position functions as a key patient resource for scheduling and billing questions, ensuring comprehensive data collection, timely billing, and prompt payment collection. What You'll Do
- Function as a patient resource for all scheduling and billing questions.
- Facilitate comprehensive patient data collections.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Ensure prompt collections of payment for services rendered.
- Facilitate scheduling coordination and conflicts.
- Perform all duties of the Access Coordinator I & II level.
- Perform other duties to support patient care activities as needed.
What We're Looking For
- High School, GED or formal educational equivalent.
- Three years’ experience in registration, billing, or scheduling in a healthcare environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer and basic keyboard skills.
- Telephone etiquette skills.
- General knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners.
- Excellent customer service skills.
