Company is looking for a Retail Sales Associate (Early Morning) to join our team at Jordan Creek Town Center. As a Brand Associate, you will be integral to bringing our brand to life for customers, using your product knowledge and service skills to build loyalty and enhance the shopping experience.

What You'll Do

Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
Promote brand loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
Enhance the customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results.
Support the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as required.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
Handle all customer interactions and potential issues or returns courteously and professionally.
Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
