About the Role

Replicant is hiring a Sr Director, Product Marketing, a full-stack product marketing leader who will drive strategic direction and partner with leaders across the company to inform product development, go-to-market strategy, and category design. This hands-on player-coach will directly own positioning, messaging, and broader go-to-market strategy, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What You'll Do

  • Coach, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product marketing professionals.
  • Lead overall positioning and messaging development, including category definition, overall value proposition, product messaging, and technical messaging.
  • Lead market-defining product launches that differentiate Replicant’s offering vs. competitors.
  • Determine which market segments, industries, use cases and personas Replicant should prioritize.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of GTM in focus segments including messaging, positioning, launch planning, and sales enablement.
  • Determine how to best commercialize offerings to reduce sales cycle friction, increase customer value, and accelerate growth.
  • Support sales on top accounts and high-impact deals with custom decks, demos, and messaging.
  • Enable SDRs, sales reps, and engagement managers with high-impact messaging, content, collateral, and training.
  • Increase win rate vs. competitors by managing a competitive enablement program and maintaining up-to-date positioning.
  • Build deep working relationships with customers and prospects to develop a rich understanding of market needs.
