Responsibilities
- Articulate and align stakeholders on the strategic direction, long-term vision, and key priorities for the Check Intelligence product line.
- Convert insights from check processing workflows, fraud patterns, customer needs, compliance standards, and market dynamics into actionable product requirements and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, fraud analysis, and operations teams to build robust, scalable solutions for check intelligence.
- Drive planning and prioritization of product initiatives across fraud detection, deposit risk assessment, image quality, risk indicators, APIs, analytics, internal tools, and customer features.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers to strengthen their skills in product discovery, requirement definition, stakeholder engagement, execution, and business accountability.
- Define and track key performance metrics such as fraud detection accuracy, false positive rates, customer usage, revenue growth, operational efficiency, deposit success rates, and user satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, implementation, and support functions to ensure product readiness, effective customer engagement, and broad adoption.
