Responsibilities
- In support of assigned segments, identify and support business data or subject area stewards
- Facilitate inter and intro-segment collaboration on data improvements
- Identify and communicate data opportunities across analytical and AI use cases
- Coordinate implementation of data improvement efforts
- Advocate for data quality and documentation initiatives
- Demonstrate competence in using data cataloging software and standard office software applications
- Leads and manage complex assignments and projects leveraging data through Analytics or AI efforts
- Making strategic recommendations on new or improved processes, procedures, and workflows
- Ensures compliance with data governance policies, standards, and procedures
- Maintains knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal/national statutes and guidelines to ensure compliance
- Conducts advanced research, collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of metadata and its usage to advance Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) efforts
- Assembles and maintains comprehensive records, reports, files, and other documents required for data governance activities
- Interacts with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and provide critical information
- Mentors and provides guidance to junior analysts and other team members
