EX Squared is seeking a Senior Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Croatia and operates in a fully remote capacity.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor customer health and drive product adoption and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute success plans to align customer goals with product capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure issue resolution.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage complex client conversations.
- Data-driven approach to understanding customer usage patterns and health metrics.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a portfolio of accounts in a remote setting.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Croatia.
