EX Squared is hiring a Lead Customer Success Representative to champion client relationships and drive successful outcomes. This role is a key position within our organization, focused on elevating the customer experience and fostering long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer success initiatives and develop strategies for client retention and growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing relationships and expectations
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and influence product development
- Develop and share best practices to enhance the overall customer journey
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing leadership role
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a remote setting
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position based in Taiwan. You will collaborate with a distributed team.
