Repco seeks a Senior Corporate Account Experience Manager to coordinate contractual requirements and fulfill obligations between Motion Industries and its customers. You’ll ensure compliance with customer agreements and spend significant time at customer locations.
What You'll Do
- Implement customer agreements by working with customer and field personnel.
- Manage contract performance to facilitate customer relationships.
- Review customer contracts and transactional data to assess company compliance.
- Manage contract implementation by communicating with all levels of employees.
- Assess customer product needs to determine additional offerings to sell.
- Facilitate or lead local branch and plant engagement and projects.
- Negotiate customer terms on behalf of a Corporate Account Manager (CAM).
- Present contract performance information at Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings.
- Travel to customer sites to conduct and participate in meetings and presentations.
- May supervise or mentor lower-level employees.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
Technical Stack
- Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
