Responsibilities

- Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Translate business objectives into executable technical strategies

- Work closely with product teams to relay customer feedback
- Document architectures, configurations, and best practices
- Assist in pre-sales engineering discussions with potential clients
- Ensure solutions comply with security and operational standards
- Mentor junior engineers on implementation methodologies
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical client issues
- Drive adoption of platform enhancements through technical guidance
- Evaluate third-party integrations for compatibility and efficiency
- Conduct root cause analysis on system failures

- Advocate for customer needs within internal engineering channels
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving data technologies
