Responsibilities
- Design and implement clinical study databases, including documentation, testing, and ongoing support for system integrations aligned with business workflows
- Assist in creating, testing, or maintaining clinical reports, data transfer mechanisms, and related components for clinical research activities
- Apply knowledge of industry standards when developing or supporting clinical systems and processes
- Serve as a technical expert in the planning, design, and deployment of clinical applications
- Offer technical guidance and task oversight to external vendor teams
- Support the professional growth of junior developers through coaching and knowledge sharing
- Manage project elements such as timelines, budgets, milestone tracking, issue resolution, and progress reporting
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, methodologies, regulatory standards, and industry trends in clinical data management
- Review and confirm compliance with all assigned Standard Operating Procedures and quality-related requirements
