Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to design and develop data applications, automations, and BI solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive technology solutions for process improvements and deliver analytics that support better decisions.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop applications and systems that ingest, cleanse, and normalize diverse datasets.
- Automate process workflows, system notifications, and structured data-driven communications.
- Design and develop data workflow automations and API solutions to store structured and unstructured data from internal and external sources.
- Collaborate with process owners and business stakeholders to determine requirements and identify areas of opportunity.
- Deliver technical expertise on programming techniques for data management and BI tooling.
- Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions, including interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau.
- Source data from internal SQL Server databases, published data sources, external sources, SharePoint, and ETL processing tools like Alteryx and Power Query.
- Define business performance metrics and deliver BI analytics and visualizations to improve decision support.
- Configure and administer the Power BI workspace and published App, including structure, roles, and access rights.
- Leverage industry tools to assess data quality and support data administration and clean-up activities.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in information systems, data architecture, data analytics, business intelligence, or computer science.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with data architecture, data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing in a complex environment.
- Extensive experience with analytical, reporting, and programming languages (such as SQL, SAS, SPSS, Python, R, VBA, SSRS, Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Comprehensive understanding of data management and systems engineering concepts.
- Fluent in Business Intelligence analytics, data modelling, reporting, visualization, and supporting technologies.
- Strong analytical mind-set with an ability to interpret, visualize, and effectively tell the story behind the data.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

- Compensation: $89,547.00 – $109,650.00 USD per year.

Work Mode
