About the Role

Lead the expansion of foreign exchange and payment solutions by identifying new business opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and structuring client proposals that align with market demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions and support long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the payments and foreign exchange sector
  • Develop relationships with financial institutions, fintech firms, and corporate clients
  • Present product offerings and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor solutions for client needs
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and proposals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress
  • Support integration efforts for newly acquired clients
  • Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums
  • Advise internal teams on client feedback and market insights
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all sales practices
  • Drive adoption of digital payment platforms and FX tools
  • Coordinate with legal and risk teams during contract negotiations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global payment systems and regulations
  • Work closely with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns
  • Identify partnership opportunities to extend market reach
  • Support onboarding of high-value clients
