Lead the evolution of critical sales systems as a Senior Business Analyst focused on Go-to-Market operations. In this remote role, you'll shape the design and execution of Lead-to-Order (L2O) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) workflows within Salesforce, ensuring they align with business goals and scale with growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end improvement initiatives for L2O and CLM processes, from gathering requirements to delivering functional designs and implementation support
- Work directly with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Platform teams to define user stories, map current workflows, and design future-state processes
- Develop clear, comprehensive documentation for system configurations and business procedures
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to uncover needs, resolve gaps, and align cross-functional partners
- Own key deliverables for Salesforce Sales Cloud, including testing, reporting, training, and ongoing enhancements
- Support change management and user adoption strategies to ensure successful rollout of new solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 8 years of business analysis experience, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce platforms
- Proven experience in sales operations, particularly within L2O and CLM transformations
- Strong analytical abilities and a history of delivering measurable process improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle best practices and sales workflow design
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Advanced Admin, or Sales Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Agentforce or AI-driven sales automation tools
