Responsibilities
- Analyze marketplace data to identify trends and performance metrics
- Monitor platform operations to ensure smooth functionality
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement improvements
- Develop reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend solutions
- Support onboarding and management of marketplace participants
- Track key performance indicators and service level agreements
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues
- Assist in defining operational policies and procedures
- Evaluate new marketplace features for operational impact
- Coordinate with customer support to resolve escalated issues
- Maintain documentation for operational processes
- Participate in planning cycles for capacity and scalability
- Use data to forecast demand and resource needs
- Ensure compliance with platform standards and policies
- Support incident response and resolution efforts
- Provide insights to leadership on operational risks
- Work with finance on revenue tracking and reporting
- Optimize workflows to improve turnaround times
