ClickHouse is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Marketplace Operations to manage, optimize, and scale operational processes for our partner ecosystem. You will collaborate with Sales Operations, Go-to-Market, Product, Billing Engineering, and Finance to drive efficiency and streamline processes within the cloud service providers and partners market.
What You'll Do
- Bring hands-on experience executing Marketplace Private Offers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Manage the marketplace private offers lifecycle of deals in EMEA business hours, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for GTM teams for Marketplace processes across multiple cloud platforms.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of partner programs and ensure key deadlines and goals are met for AWS, GCP, and Azure (e.g., co-sell opportunities).
- Track and report on partner performance metrics and marketplace revenue reporting using Salesforce and CSP reporting.
- Find opportunities for growth with CSP tool (e.g., pipeline scoring).
- Identify bottlenecks to ensure governance and streamline operations.
- Develop and implement new processes to manage reseller and referral partners, own referral payment process and monitor partner contribution to revenue growth.
- Lead automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and provide transparent reporting in partnership with Sales Operations, Business Technology, Product & Engineering, and Finance teams.
- Liaise with CSP and marketplace platform vendors to ensure requirements are thoroughly understood and executed.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of partner operations experience working directly with AWS, GCP, Azure, marketplace listing management, and CSP management experience for co-sell, bill management, pipeline scoring, private offers.
- 3+ years of experience working in technology companies.
- Salesforce experience with reporting and opportunity management.
- Super user experience on Tackle or similar Marketplace Operations tooling.
- Great communicator with the ability to understand complex concepts and speak to them concisely and effectively.
- Experience in basic data analytics - SQL at middle level or higher.
- Knowledge and experience of partner tools (e.g., Salesforce, AWS ACE, AWS MP management portal, GCP Producer Portal, Azure Partner Central).
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with at least 2 CSPs is ideal.
- Start-up experience preferred.
- Additional tools will be an advantage (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Experience working as a consultant or start up environment where you’ve seen how many different organizations operate.
