ServiceNow is hiring a Sr Advisory Solution Consultant - Hyperscaler Accounts

About the Role

ServiceNow is looking for a Sr Advisory Solution Consultant focused on Hyperscaler Accounts to serve as a hands-on technical consultant who develops, positions, and provides product-specific solutions during sales cycles. You will guide strategic programs in top accounts and support revenue goals for strategic account solution sales.

What You'll Do

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team.
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges and give product demonstrations to align solutions with needs.
  • Develop client partner relationships.
  • Guide strategic programs in top accounts, such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement.
  • Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs.
  • Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence.
  • Deep experience selling with Hyperscalers.
  • Based in the Bay Area, CA or Greater Seattle.
  • Ability to travel, as necessary.
