ServiceNow is looking for a Sr Advisory Solution Consultant focused on Hyperscaler Accounts to serve as a hands-on technical consultant who develops, positions, and provides product-specific solutions during sales cycles. You will guide strategic programs in top accounts and support revenue goals for strategic account solution sales.
What You'll Do
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team.
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges and give product demonstrations to align solutions with needs.
- Develop client partner relationships.
- Guide strategic programs in top accounts, such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement.
- Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs.
- Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants.
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence.
- Deep experience selling with Hyperscalers.
- Based in the Bay Area, CA or Greater Seattle.
- Ability to travel, as necessary.
