About the Role

ServiceNow is looking for a Sr. Advisory Solution Consultant - Financial Services. In this role, you will be a technical consultant guiding revenue for ServiceNow products by supporting solution sales. You will be responsible for developing, positioning, and providing product-specific solutions during the sales cycle to achieve sales goals.

What You'll Do

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team.
  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and colleagues.
  • Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements to address customer needs.
  • Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants.
  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to guide execution excellence.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Ability to travel, as necessary.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role based in AMS - North America and Canada.
