Sr. Ad Sales Director - France
Role Overview
Brave is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive expansion of our advertising business in France. In this fully remote role, you will identify and secure new advertising partnerships within Brave’s privacy-respecting Ads Rewards Ecosystem. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of digital media sales, the ability to craft compelling value propositions, and a proven track record of managing high-value client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles by identifying, qualifying, and converting high-potential advertisers
- Design customized business proposals that align client goals with Brave’s unique value model
- Engage with C-suite and senior decision-makers to negotiate and close strategic partnerships
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects across priority verticals
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to support partner onboarding and integration
- Contribute to long-term partnership strategy and influence product roadmap discussions
- Partner with executive leadership to advance key initiatives and high-impact deals
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in digital media sales and client management
- Proven success selling search, performance, and brand advertising solutions
- History of building and maintaining a $5M–$10M annual book of business
- Strong network of advertising clients and media buyers in France
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills at executive levels
- Fluent French speaker with professional proficiency in English
- Must be based in France
