What You'll Do
Take full ownership of a defined territory, crafting and executing strategic sales plans to target Mid-Market and Strategic accounts across the US. You’ll drive outbound efforts using cold calling, email sequencing, social selling, and account-based strategies to connect with C-suite executives and influence key decisions.
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with independence and precision, guiding prospects from initial contact through contract negotiation and close. Use data-driven insights to tailor business cases that clearly articulate ROI and align with client objectives.
Collaborate closely with Technical Account Management and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions post-sale, while sharing customer feedback to help refine product and marketing strategies. Serve as a mentor within the sales organization, contributing to process improvements and elevating team performance through shared expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in full-cycle sales roles focused on the US market, with at least 3 years dedicated to acquiring new clients in tech-forward or digital-native industries
- Demonstrated success in self-sourced pipeline generation and consistent overachievement against quota
- Proven ability to engage and close C-level stakeholders, including CEOs, CMOs, and CTOs, in complex procurement environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience using territory data to prioritize outreach and build sustainable pipelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry knowledge in Retail, Travel, or Classifieds, enabling credible, consultative conversations with executives
- Familiarity with digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic buying, real-time bidding (RTB), and performance marketing platforms
