RTB House is hiring a Sr. Account Executive

As a Sr. Account Executive, you will drive strategic revenue growth across the US market by leading end-to-end sales efforts for high-potential Mid-Market and Strategic accounts. You’ll design and execute territory plans with autonomy, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets while building a predictable pipeline through proactive outreach and intelligent account prioritization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a strategic sales plan to penetrate complex organizations, focusing on net-new business acquisition and long-term client expansion.
  • Lead multi-channel outbound campaigns—leveraging cold calling, social selling, and account-based strategies—to engage C-suite stakeholders and influence high-stakes buying decisions.
  • Guide clients through discovery and evaluation phases by uncovering business challenges and delivering tailored, data-driven proposals that demonstrate measurable ROI.
  • Navigate intricate deal structures involving procurement, legal, and cross-functional decision-makers, using negotiation expertise to close high-value contracts.
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Management and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions and long-term success.
  • Provide actionable insights to Product and Marketing teams based on client interactions, helping shape offerings to better meet market demands.
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing proven methodologies and contributing to the evolution of sales processes.

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle sales experience in the US, with 3+ years focused on acquiring new clients in tech-forward or digital-native industries.
  • A consistent record of overachievement in quota-driven environments, powered by self-sourced pipelines and modern prospecting techniques.
  • Strong fluency in negotiating with senior executives and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Deep familiarity with sectors such as Retail, Travel, or Classifieds, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Preferred experience in AdTech or MarTech environments, including working knowledge of programmatic advertising, RTB, and performance marketing ecosystems.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market data, prioritize accounts, and build sustainable, high-quality pipelines.

  • Base salary range: $110,000 – $125,000, with On-Target Earnings between $220,000 and $250,000 including commission.
