Aprio is seeking an SQM Assurance Manager to join our Professional Practice Group. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing SQM (System of Quality Management) assurance processes, ensuring quality and compliance across our assurance practices.
What You'll Do
- Manage the SQM assurance processes for the Professional Practice Group
- Oversee and implement quality management system controls and procedures
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the quality management system
- Collaborate with assurance teams to maintain compliance with professional standards
- Develop and update quality assurance documentation and guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in quality management, assurance, or risk management within a professional services or accounting firm
- Strong understanding of SQM frameworks, professional auditing standards, and compliance requirements
- Experience designing, implementing, or managing quality control systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to communicate complex quality concepts clearly to diverse teams

This is a hybrid full-time position.
