About the Role
The associate will assist in managing live sports betting activations, handling event logistics, supporting on-site teams, and ensuring brand consistency and compliance during events.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for live sports betting events
- Assist in setting up event locations before activation
- Support on-site staff during event operations
- Ensure all materials and branding meet guidelines
- Communicate with vendors and third-party partners
- Track inventory of promotional supplies
- Help troubleshoot technical issues during events
- Maintain event schedules and timelines
- Gather feedback from participants and staff
- Report on event performance metrics
- Assist with compliance checks during activations
- Coordinate transportation for equipment and staff
- Support real-time problem solving at events
- Follow safety and operational protocols
- Assist in training temporary event staff
- Manage event documentation and checklists
- Ensure brand standards are upheld on-site
- Respond to last-minute changes efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing teams on event goals
- Support post-event breakdown and reporting
Nice to Have
- Prior work in sports entertainment or hospitality
- Event technology or AV experience
- Project management experience

Travel Requirements
