SidelineSwap is looking for a Sporting Goods Resale - Account Executive in Pittsburgh to make buying and selling used sports gear seamless for athletes and sports families. This entry-level role involves hosting pop-up trade-in events, managing a territory, and receiving training to run your own business unit within our growing company.
What You'll Do
- Host pop-up trade-in events throughout the Pittsburgh region.
- Set up events and build relationships with hosting partners.
- Buy used sports equipment using our trade-in value guide and event software.
- Provide a great customer experience and manage part-time staff.
- Plan additional events and buying opportunities as you gain experience.
- Run your own business unit and focus on territory profitability by reviewing reports and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated leadership characteristics (e.g., team captain, project management).
- Valid driver's license.
- Availability to work on weekends.
Nice to Have
- Retail experience.

- Event coordination experience.
