About the Role
The Partner Manager will own end-to-end relationships with data providers, driving onboarding, integration, and long-term engagement to ensure reliable and scalable data supply.
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of partnerships with financial data providers
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to finalize contracts
- Identify new partnership opportunities in the payments and transaction data space
- Serve as primary point of contact for partner success and issue resolution
- Monitor partner performance and data quality metrics
- Coordinate technical integration timelines with engineering teams
- Develop partner-facing materials and onboarding documentation
- Track and report on partnership KPIs and business impact
- Maintain a structured pipeline of prospective partners
- Conduct regular business reviews with existing partners
- Advocate for partner needs internally
- Ensure alignment between partner capabilities and product roadmap
- Support due diligence for new data sources
- Drive renewal and expansion discussions
- Stay informed on industry trends in alternative data and fintech
- Represent the company at partner meetings and industry events
- Escalate technical or operational blockers to internal teams
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Align partnership goals with revenue and product objectives
Nice to Have
- Experience working with transaction or spend data
- Background in data partnerships or data procurement
- Knowledge of API integrations and data pipelines
- Prior work in a data-driven organization
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, or other data regulations
