Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects and design teams during project planning phases
- Provide technical expertise on product applications and code compliance
- Assist in developing detailed project specifications
- Conduct product presentations for design and construction stakeholders
- Respond to technical inquiries from project teams
- Coordinate with internal sales and engineering teams
- Review construction drawings for accuracy and completeness
- Support bid and tender processes with documentation
- Identify specification opportunities in active projects
- Track project progress through completion
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes and standards
- Ensure alignment between product offerings and project needs
- Deliver training sessions on product use and benefits
- Prepare submittal documents for approval
- Advocate for proper product inclusion in design plans
- Monitor market trends affecting specification decisions
- Build relationships with key consultants and specifiers
- Attend industry events and trade shows
- Gather feedback from the field to improve offerings
- Support sustainable design initiatives when applicable
