What You'll Do
- Lead sales initiatives for specialized dermatology products across the Louisville territory by developing and executing a targeted outreach plan
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with dermatologists and prescribing clinicians through consistent, value-driven engagement
- Deliver clear, confident product education that emphasizes clinical benefits and differentiators to influence prescribing behavior
- Analyze local market dynamics and prescriber patterns to shape effective sales strategies and prioritize outreach efforts
- Collaborate with regional colleagues to share insights and improve overall team performance
- Ensure all activities align with regulatory standards and reflect a commitment to ethical practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record necessary for local travel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, including Salesforce
- Demonstrated success in direct sales, preferably within pharmaceuticals or healthcare
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience delivering persuasive presentations
