Responsibilities

  • Drive business expansion by deeply understanding the assigned region and creating a strategic plan for effective sales calls.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive and forward-thinking selling techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prescribers and women’s health specialists through consistent and respectful communication.
  • Promote products confidently by delivering accurate, engaging education with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Reach sales goals and expand market presence within the designated territory.
  • Partner with district colleagues to enhance performance and meet collective objectives.
  • Create sales strategies based on market trend analysis and regional insights.
  • Design and execute an efficient territory plan to engage medical professionals and boost sales outcomes.
  • Position offerings effectively by combining product knowledge with an understanding of prescriber needs.
  • Proactively connect with new prescribers while strengthening current professional relationships.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact sales presentations to engage healthcare providers.
  • Adhere to all legal and ethical standards, using company resources responsibly and with integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth of the business through a concrete understanding of the assigned territory and a strategic approach to building an effective territory call plan.
  • Achieve key goals and maximize the achievement of sales objectives through proactive, strategic sales.
  • Develop new and lasting relationships with prescribers and Women’s Healthcare professionals through tactful engagement and appropriate frequency of messaging.
  • Assertively promote products by providing appropriate and compelling education of products and present to prescribers with passion, knowledge, and confidence.
  • Achieve sales objectives and drive growth in assigned territory
  • Collaborate with district partners to maximize results and achieve sales objectives
  • Develop strategies to drive sales through analyses of market trends and an understanding of assigned territory
  • Develop effective territory call plan to engage healthcare professionals and drive sales results
  • Position products appropriately through product and prescriber knowledge
  • Proactively develop connections with new prescribers and actively build existing relationships
  • Prepare strategies to engage prescribers through well-executed sales presentations
  • Comply with all laws and regulations and act with integrity in the use of assigned company property

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently
  • Frequent talking, hearing, visual acuity (detail/accuracy), and repetitive motion
