Responsibilities
- Stimulate business growth by thoroughly understanding the designated region and creating a strategic plan for healthcare provider outreach.
- Meet performance targets and optimize sales outcomes through proactive and forward-thinking selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prescribers and women’s health specialists through consistent, respectful communication.
- Confidently and knowledgeably promote products by delivering compelling, educational presentations to healthcare providers.
- Reach established sales goals and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
- Partner with regional colleagues to enhance performance and meet sales targets.
- Formulate sales strategies based on market analysis and regional insights.
- Design and execute an efficient call plan to engage medical professionals and improve sales performance.
- Position offerings effectively by leveraging product expertise and prescriber understanding.
- Initiate contact with new prescribers and strengthen current professional relationships.
- Create targeted approaches for prescriber engagement using high-quality sales presentations.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards and responsibly manage company assets.
