Responsibilities

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prescribing clinicians and women's health specialists through thoughtful communication and consistent engagement.
- Promote offerings assertively by delivering accurate, persuasive product education with enthusiasm, expertise, and assurance.
- Reach established sales goals and expand market presence within the assigned territory.
- Partner with regional colleagues to enhance collective performance and exceed sales targets.
- Formulate sales-driving strategies by evaluating market dynamics and regional insights.
- Design an efficient territory outreach plan to connect with healthcare providers and deliver measurable sales outcomes.
- Present products effectively by combining in-depth product knowledge with understanding of prescriber needs.
- Initiate contact with new prescribers and strengthen current professional relationships through consistent outreach.
- Create targeted approaches for engaging prescribers using well-delivered sales presentations.
- Follow all legal and regulatory requirements and uphold ethical standards when using company resources.
