Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is looking for a Specialty Representative to execute brand strategy and tactics in the field. In this role, you will be responsible for sales performance, effectively managing an assigned territory and targeted accounts, and building strong customer relationships to maximize short- and long-term sales performance, always placing the patient at the center of your efforts.
What You'll Do
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets to meet or exceed objectives.
- Create pre-call plan objectives and execute post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales performance.
- Effectively handle objections and consistently gain logical calls to action on every sales call.
- Proactively serve customer needs and expectations to build trusted relationships and achieve win-win agreements.
- Develop and execute a call plan that optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers.
- Continuously build understanding of customer needs, territory market landscape, competitors, and disease/product knowledge, sharing intelligence with the team.
- Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers and identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts and speakers.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, a business-related field, or equivalent.
- Proven track record of success in selling and solid presentation skills.
