Collegium Pharmaceutical is hiring a Specialty Pharma Sales professional to join our team. As an ADHD Specialist, you will be responsible for compliantly meeting and striving to exceed all quarterly and annual sales objectives by executing territory-specific strategies aimed at driving product utilization within your defined geography.
What You'll Do
- Achieve territory sales goals and targets on a quarterly and/or annual basis.
- Apply resources like call activity, speaker programs, and payer access tools against the best business opportunities, track impact, and adjust accordingly.
- Utilize face-to-face, virtual, or phone communication to engage healthcare providers and their staff.
- Analyze the market to understand local dynamics impacting the business and execute against relevant trends.
- Develop and execute territory business plans and call plans aligned with meeting territory and national objectives.
- Keep current on the local and national payer access environment and identify opportunities for pull-through in your market.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the disease state, treatment approaches, competition, and our product to serve as a valued resource to customers.
- Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to help remove barriers to access.
- Participate in industry meetings, conventions, and exhibits as necessary to build relationships and brand awareness.
- Leverage the selling model to build a call continuum over time with logical steps to gain commitment and action from customers.
- Take ownership by actively seeking out challenges, resolving problems, and building solutions that consider implications on the customer and the larger organization.
- Set high goals for personal and group accomplishment; use measurement methods to monitor progress; work tenaciously to meet or exceed goals.
- Leverage business tools to evaluate data using strategic and critical thinking skills to build business and call plans that drive performance.
- Ensure the customer perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities.
- Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of a product, service, or idea from prospects and clients.
- Keep the organization's vision and values at the forefront of decision making and action; ensure all compliance standards and company policies and procedures are adhered to.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 2-4 years of pharmaceutical sales or equivalent life sciences sales experience is required.
- Strong account-based selling skills with demonstrated success in prior sales roles.
- Working knowledge of strategies and tactics to pull-through local formulary wins.
- A valid driver’s license and insurability.
Nice to Have
- Specialty sales experience, strongly preferred in Neuroscience, psychiatry, or ADHD/Pediatric psychiatry.
- Understanding of the prior authorization process and experience partnering with key healthcare providers and office personnel on manufacturer-sponsored market access support programs.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $115,000—$145,000 USD
